product online. This helps us ensure that
you get the quality of service you deserve, if
and when you need it. It also helps us
assist you if your unit becomes lost or stolen.
We
want you to be completely satisfied with your
Tri-Tronics purchase and we have several different
methods available to assist you.
We
encourage you to use your new Tri-Tronics product
with your horse. If you are not completely satisfied
you can return your product within 30 days to
the place of purchase for a refund of your purchase
price. If your product was purchased directly
from Tri-Tronics we will refund the purchase
price of the product, less shipping and handling.
A
2-year warranty and 30-day money back guarantee
cover the following products:
ViceBreaker
H1, H1-2, H1-3, and ViceBreaker H2
The
warranty covers all parts and labor and is transferable
to a new owner. The warranty does not cover physical
damage or abuse. The warranty is void if the
product has been altered or if unauthorized service
has been attempted. The warranty period begins
with the initial purchase from Tri-Tronics or
an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase may be
required to obtain warranty service.
